Hawaii Reporter has obtained a letter issued by the City & County of Honolulu Budget and Finance division on April 4, 2005, to Clyde Aikau, co-owner of C & K Beach Services Inc., ordering the company to vacate the city’s beach concession Number 3 at Kuhio Beach Park. The company was told to vacate the stand, located in front of the Duke Kahanumoku statue, and "peaceably surrender" all city property by noon, April 7, 2005.
